When your payment is received, you will get an automatic confirmation of your order by email. 

Once processed, you will receive another email with instructions on how to access and install your product.  Please remember, as stated on the previous page, this process is done by a real human (it’s not automatic).  We aim to reply within 24 working hours, we do often work late and weekends, but cannot guarantee it.  Please don’t forget to check your spam/junk mail.   If you have chosen “activation code”, you can download and install the demo and click TryIt to use in demo mode until your code email arrives (progress will be saved).
